HentyBay caravan park refuses to refund $160 deposit which my brother put down before xmas, our 97 year old mum was taken to hospital and he, as the prime carer was unable to to go to the park, when it was explained to the proprietors the reply was “bad luck we will keep your deposit”. My brother is on a pension and he doesn’t have much money, mum’s out of hospital and is stressed out over the whole affair. HentyBay caravan park won’t even respond to my emails.
“Family park the friendly park” the call themselves,ha!Not any family that I know.
I suggest you stay away from this place.
